Send Us Your Request
Share a few images of your gown, a short description of what you'd like done and an appoitment time that works for you. We'll review the details and reach out to confirm your first appointment.

First Appointment — Consultation & Fitting
You come to us with your gown. Consultation and fitting happen together in a single appointment — no double-handling, no wasted visits. We work directly on your body: trimming, pinning, and reconstructing in real time. This is how we achieve a result that fits you precisely, often with fewer fittings than you'd expect elsewhere.

Alterations & Construction
We complete the alterations or construct your custom gown. For complex pieces, we'll let you know upfront how long this stage will take.

Second Fitting (if required)
For more complex gowns, a second fitting allows us to make any final refinements before the piece is finished. We'll advise you at the time of your first appointment whether this is needed.

Collection
When your gown is ready, we'll notify you for pick-up.
